It is always a challenge finding someone you can put all your trust in to carry through all your arrangements in order to achieve your perfect day.
All those precious months of planning deserve someone with a dedication to details who will follow through your dream. The last thing you want is to be worrying that the chair covers are set up correctly on the morning of your wedding!
Your Wedding Planner will work with you from 2 weeks before the wedding. They will sit down with you and have a meeting where you hand over all your planning arrangements. Ideally this meeting would take place at your venue so you can walk through all your plans and ideas together. Your planner will then contact all your suppliers, and from that moment become the point of contact for them. This allows you to relax and enjoy the final couple of weeks before your big day, an invaluable time to get last minute beauty treats done and to spend with visiting family.
Any issues that arise during this time will be dealt with by Zenith Events, and you will only be contacted if necessary. All your suppliers will be confirmed at the very last minute and met with and coordinated on the day, ensuring everything runs perfectly to your plan. We will discreetly resolve any problems that may occur on the day so that you never need know about them.
